Inventory Control
The Inventory module allows school districts to track complete details
about their equipment including Description, School Tag #, user definable
equipment types, manufacturer information, purchase information, including
funding sources and depreciation, and current equipment location. The
inventory module integrates directly with the service request tracking
system, allowing users to select equipment from a list when creating service
requests. Technicians can also view the repair history and the request
history for any piece of equipment. The depreciation report allows schools
to report all inventory items' value, life span, depreciation year, current
year's depreciation, accumulated depreciation and the remaining balance. It
also shows values for items that have been removed from inventory.
